I'm João — a street, portrait and documentary photographer. For years I've wandered cities at first light, and that habit trained my eye: patience, observation, and a love for the unposed moment.

I photograph people the way I photograph a place — without rushing, without forcing a smile. Whether it's a quiet portrait, a trip you want to remember, or a celebration full of people, my aim is the same: images that still feel true when you look back years later.

I work in natural light, travel gladly, and care as much about how the session feels as how the pictures turn out.
